The second series of Talent Development Scheme (TDS) “Personality Dimensions Workshop” was held on 23 March 2023 at the Inspiring. Over 20 students participated in the workshop.

We delighted to invite two social workers: Ms Kirror Tse and Yan Kwok from Stewards as facilitators and also Dr Dacon Tai, social worker of HSUHK to lead the discussion through the personality test and various interactive games. They shared different skills and techniques on how to communicate and handle conflicts among people with different personality.

Students were inspired by the speakers’ profound experience on personality dimensions which should be useful for enhancing their communication skills.
