The Talent Development Scheme – “Exploring Self, Exploring Others” workshop was held at the Creative Humanities Hub on 3 October 2024. Over 30 students participated in this activity.

The workshop was hosted by Ms Joanna Kwok. She is an experienced professional trainer with professional certifications in DISC Flow®, NCDA and CCE. She is also the founder of the ShapeGOO Consulting Company.

In the workshop, Joanna introduced the DISC personality analysis model to students, to let them know how to understand their own behaviours and others. In addition, the speaker also arranged self-assessments and interactive sessions based on the four different personality traits: D-I-S-C.

Students were influenced by the speaker’s professional knowledge and the rich content of the workshop which should be benefited for their current studies and enhancing their communication techniques for exploring their future careers.
