Over 20 first-year students attended the Talent Development Scheme – “U-Life Planning Workshop” on 8 October 2026.

Led by Ms Joanna Kwok, founder of ShapeGOO and an experienced career planner, the workshop helped students plan their university journey and future careers. Through interactive games and group discussions, participants explored common university challenges and shared practical solutions and planning ideas.

Students were also introduced to the non-academic requirements for graduation, university time-management techniques, and the differences between part-time work and internships. They also learned how to prepare an effective CV, identify their personal values, and develop action plans.

The workshop equipped students with practical guidance and a clearer direction for their university journey and future careers.
