Global Supply Chain Management programme is listed as Top 7th among institutions in Greater China Region in QS International Trade Rankings

The International Higher Education Research Organization, Quacquarelli Symonds (QS), announced the latest QS International Trade Rankings on 12 February 2025, four universities in Hong Kong achieved notable results in their master’s programmes. The Master of Science in Global Supply Chain Management (MSc-GSCM) programme offered by The Hang Seng University of Hong Kong is ranked 84th globally, and 7th and 4th in the Greater China region and Hong Kong, respectively. This outstanding achievement is a true testament to the programme’s professional recognition and excellence.
Professor Chan Wai-sum, Dean of the School of Decision Sciences, stated: “It is truly encouraging that the programme has received global recognition. The School will continue to provide high-quality education and research, a diverse learning environment, encourage innovative teaching, and nurture students to become leaders in the business and management decision fields.”
For this year’s ranking, QS evaluated a total of 87 business trade-related master’s programmes across 29 countries or regions, scoring them based on six indicators, they are trade programme content, reputation, graduate outcomes, industry engagement, innovative teaching, and research.
The MSc-GSCM programme was first launched in 2019, it covers knowledge and skills in global supply chain management from various perspectives. Our commitment to professional education is reinforced through innovative teaching and curriculum design, equipping students with the skills and agility to navigate and shape the future of industries worldwide.
