Four faculty and staff members from the School of Decision Sciences (SDSC) at HSUHK have been awarded internationally recognised teaching qualifications by Advance HE (UK), in recognition of their commitment to teaching excellence and student success.
The awardees include Dr George Ho, Associate Professor, and Dr Valerie Tang, Assistant Professor, who have been conferred the status of Fellowship (FHEA). In addition, Mr Chow Wing-ho and Mr Manviel Tam, Research Assistants, have been awarded Associate Fellowship (AFHEA). All four recipients are members of the Department of Supply Chain and Information Management.
The achievement underscores the dedication of SDSC faculty and staff to fostering innovative teaching practices and providing meaningful support to students throughout their learning journey. This recognition also reflects HSUHK’s commitment to teaching quality and its continued investment in the professional development of both academic and professional staff. The accomplishments of the four SDSC colleagues further strengthen the School’s reputation for educational excellence and its contribution to nurturing future talent in data science, supply chain management, information management, and related disciplines.
